How to work with the local Housing Authorities. and place good Section 8 tenants in your properties. Finding there right Section 8 tenant through proper screening. Getting a house ready for the inspection. What are they looking for? Jerry Clevenger - Definition of a "short sale". With the massive increase of foreclosures, how are the banks going to unload the inventory of houses. Can the average investor buy short?
