I would like to wish everyone a happy and prosperous new year for 2012. Every new year there comes a new opportunity to reflect on the past and look forward to the future. Now it’s time to focus on what you want to get accomplished this year. What’s it going to take for you to have your best year in real estate investing? The red carpet has been rolled out. There are lots of investing opportunities out there to help make this a great year in real estate investing. All you need to do is create a well defined plan and work that plan.
What is your plan? What are your goals for 2012? Have you set them yet? Have you written them down? Are you focusing on them daily? Are you taking action on them? This year the KCIG board of directors has set huge goals for this group. Starting with increasing the quality of investing education, providing tremendous networking opportunity, and increasing member benefits. So let’s get started right this year. Let’s move forward with a clear definitive purpose and laser like focus in our real estate businesses.
