Matt Allen is a nationally recognized speaker and author on the subject of IRA non-recourse loans. He makes frequent appearances on radio shows such as “Moneyline with Peter Newman” and contributes regularly to national publications on the subject of Self- Directed IRAs and non-recourse loans. He is co-author of the book “Leverage Your IRA-Maximize Your Profits with Real Estate”.
Matt has been instrumental in launching the first nationwide non-recourse loan program for Self-Directed IRAs and teaches investors how to compound their retirement money while diversifying into real estate. Recognized as the expert on Self-Directed IRA non-recourse loans, Matt focuses on building diversified wealth.

• Rebate payments will be issued biannually, within 60 days following the bi-annual rebate
periods: 6/30 & 12/31
Follow these simple steps to get the application:
- Visit www.KCIG.org and login using your user name and password
- On the left menu, click "Library"
- Once in the Libary, click "KCIG"
- The application will be available for download.
Important note about member login:
Members can login to the new site with the email address you supplied when you joined as your user ID. Click on the link just below the login box "Have you forgotten your password?".
Follow the prompts and you will be sent a password by email.
If you are having problems logging in, send an email to info@kcig.org To avoid confusion, do not submit a duplicate membership application if you are having problems logging in.
