Online Ordering Policy
Credit cards are charged at the time of purchase unless a discrepancy exists. If such a discrepancy exists, we will confirm the customer has agreed to order the Membership and then bill the credit card.
Privacy Policy
KCIG doesn’t ask for personal information in order to browse our site. Our site’s forms require you to give us contact information and some personal information (i.e. credit card). We only use personal information to provide you the information you have requested or to process your order. We are the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not share any of the information that you provided with us.
Security
Our site employs the strictest security measures that protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of any information that we receive. For security purposes, we only collect informaiton pertaining to demographic information to continue to update the site effectively and to assist our purchasers with additional SERVICE opportunities available in their demographic area. We use 128-bit Encryption on all credit card transactions.
Forms of Payment
CREDIT CARDS: We accept MasterCard and Visa. For your convenience we also accept electronic funds transfers however, you must contact us or call.
CHECKS: KCIG also accepts checks. We accept cashier’s checks and money orders. Company or Personal check orders ship AFTER check payment has cleared. Please be advised that this can take up to 7-10 business days.
Refunds/Cancellations
If you want to cancel your service you must contact us at membership@kcig.org or by phone to cancel. You must Cancel within 7 days of reciept of transaction. If the service has already been preformed OR the month is past, there are no refunds.
