Vendor Tables

A vendor table with KCIG is a great way for your business to get exposure. Just $25 and you reach more than 100 people who are spending $$$ on their real estate investment businesses, buying services and products just like yours! KCIG provides a folding table for you to display brochures, business cards or products. You can also set up a box to collect cards for a prize drawing or to set up a laptop computer with a PowerPoint presentation.
How To Register for Your Vendor Table Online:

2. Choose "Advertising" in the dropdown menu
3. Click "Go"
4. Click "Vendor Table - Regular"
5. Click "Add to Cart"
6. Click "Checkout"
7. Enter your billing/payment info and follow on-screen directions from there. *KCIG payment web site is hosted via secure server for your payment privacy and safety.

Web Advertising
Classified: 3 lines or 25 words (including optional hot link to your web site or email) $10/mo.
Banner: $20/page per month (setup extra @ $20/hr -- minimum 1 hour). Setup fee waived if client provides banner and/or HTML code ready to go.
Business Card: To appear on a page of assorted business cards. $15/mo.
Full Web Page: Design and setup $20/hr (minimum 1 hour), $40/mo. (minimum 2 mos.)
Property Listing: FREE for KCIG members.
Non-member rates:
There are two fees involved for ads requiring setup:
1. The setup fee of $20
2. The cost for the ad itself is $30 (paid to KCIG) to run until it’s sold, rented or withdrawn.
You can submit one photo which is included in basic rate, extra photos $5.00 each (see Guidelines below for details on photos).
Quantity Discount - Ad cost is $25 for your third, and subsequent properties ($25 setup fee still applies to each listing).
Payment: Payment for the ad should be by check or money order made payable to "KCIG" or "Kansas City Investment Group" and sent to the KCIG PO Box (see home page). KCIG can also accept payment by credit or debit cards.

Guidelines: Ads should be real estate or business related. Ads are subject to approval by the KCIG Officers and/or Board of Directors.
Ad copy (wording) may be submitted in plain text in the body of an email message sent to info@kcig.org . Please try to avoid sending word processing files such as MS Word.
Graphic elements such as logos may be sent as attachements to an email message. Graphics should be in GIF or JPEG file format. Do not submit graphics in other formats such as tiff, BMP, WMF, EPS or other types.
Photos should be optimized for web use which means they should be JPEG compressed to avoid large file sizes which take longer to display. Photos should be less than 500 KB file size each (preferably half that size).
Currently, the KCIG web site averages over 1,500 unique visits monthly. Leverage your advertising by reaching this highly targeted audience. By comparison, the hard copy and email versions of the KCIG monthly newsletter reaches about 275 subscribers each.

Newsletter Advertising:
ADVERTISING - You can post a note at the back of the meeting room telling of something you want to buy or have to sell - but, the newsletter ads reach ALL members.
Classified ad (4 lines) $30 for 6 months
Business Cards $60 for 6 months
¼ Page $120 for 6 months
½ Page $50 for 1 month
Full Page $100 for 1 month

PROCEDURES FOR SUBMITTING ADVERTISING
The deadline for receiving ads is the fifth day of the month of publication.
All ads must be prepaid and payment included with the ad.
Payment is by check, money order or credit card only (do not send cash).

Email is the preferred way to submit ads.
Ad copy (wording) should be sent in plain text in the body of an email message. Please try to avoid sending formatted documents such as MS Word and RTF (Rich Text Format) sent as attachments unless it is simply intended to illustrate how you wish the finished ad to appear.
Photos are not accepted for publication in the hard copy version but may be included in the email version of the newsletter subject to file size limitations. Photo files should be compressed (JPEG) and optimized for web site quality.
Graphical elements such as logos may be sent as attachments to an email in GIF or JPEG file format.
KCIG reserves the right to reject any ad deemed inappropriate.
Publishing of an ad does not imply endorsement by KCIG (see KCIG Disclaimer).
KCIG does not sell or rent it's membership list to outside persons or companies.
Readers should exercise due diligence when purchasing goods or services.
Circulation: Both the hard copy and email version of the newsletter is currently being mailed to over 250 recipients each.

Refreshment Sponsors:
This is a great way for a business There is no fee to be the refreshments sponsor at a KCIG Meeting. All you need to do is provide bottled water, soft drinks, cookies or other munchies for about 80-100 people at a typical meeting.
In return, you or your company will be mentioned on the web site home page for that month, mention on the front page of the newsletter and a couple of minutes at the podium to introduce yourself.
You may also have a drawing box for a prize or set out brochures, business cards and promotional items on the refreshments bar.
